My Story

Why My Approach Works

I know burnout from the inside out.

After years in the corporate world, I hit the wall with anxiety, sleepless nights, and a full-blown burnout. My recovery came through practices that calmed my nervous system, processing my past, building resilience from the ground up, and reconnected me with a lighter, more sustainable life.

Today, I combine that lived experience with professional training in Breathwork, Embodied Processing (Somatics), and Coaching. This unique blend of empathy, practical neuroscience, and embodied tools means I combine theory & practical tools to guide leaders and high-performing teams through real, lasting change.

The result? Healthier people, stronger leaders, and organisations built for sustainable performance

My Burnout and Anxiety story :

It took me 34 years to realise that I hadn’t grown up with the emotional tools or nervous system resilience that many take for granted. I didn’t know how to set boundaries, handle stress and like many high achievers, I learned to equate strength with pushing through.

For years I was drawn to high-growth start-ups and fintech businesses. At the time, I thought the pace excited me, but in reality, it was fast paced work meeting a nervous system stuck in flight or fight...addicted to adrenaline and cortisol. A toxic mix.
